Return Eligibility
You may return your product within 100 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email us at sales@naturezenergy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number. This number must be included with your returned package. Returns sent without following this process will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2 weeks.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction and post it to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Naturez Energy is not responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
